Ewing-Doherty Mechanical offers a wide variety of plumbing services for new construction, renovations, tenant improvements and existing buildings. We are always looking for new opportunities to meet new clients or help existing ones.
DESIGN BUILD CONSTRUCTION
Ewing-Doherty is equipt to handle any of your plumbing Design-Build needs. We have completed a variety of D-B projects and our knowledgeable staff is prepared to help with yours. We will work with the schematic design generated by ownership and the design team and develop a cost efficient high quality plumbing system.
PLAN & SPEC CONSTRUCTION
We start by working off the Design Documents generated by the buildings Design Team. As the coordination process develops we work with the other trades as well as the design team to provide a quality end product. Throughout the process we remain mindful of any opportunities for cost savings or increased efficiency of the system.
DESIGN ASSIST CONSTRUCTION
Working with the Engineer of Record, our staff can help to provide the client with an exceptional end product. We look for ways to generate potential cost savings or increased efficiency in the layout and design of the plumbing system, making sure the gap between the DD documents and our final shop drawings is seamless.
PERMIT DRAWINGS
With Ewing-Doherty's experience and knowledge, we are prepared to handle any sized project. We take great pride in the quality and detail provided in our permit drawings. Working closely with the design team we help to ensure a seamless transition from the permit phase to construction.
3D DESIGN & COORDINATION
Leading the Industry our team of draftsmen work entirely within Revit to model our systems during the design phase so the design team and ownership can visualize our scope of work and how it will interact with the building. When the coordination phase starts we continue further detailing our piping within the same model to a minimum 400 Level of Development, identifying conflicts with architecture, structural and the other MEP trades.
